When you submit our contact or creator forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, social profile, message details, creator preferences, and any files or consent choices you provide. We use this information to respond, operate creator opportunities, and maintain your communication choices.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We use analytics and advertising tools that collect information via cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, device and browser type, and interactions with our order buttons. These tools include Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (traffic and conversion measurement), Meta (Facebook) Pixel (advertising measurement and audiences), and Klaviyo (email marketing). These providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

3. Ordering & Third Parties

Orders are placed and processed on third-party platforms (DoorDash Storefront / order.online, Uber Eats, Grubhub). We do not collect or store your payment card details on this Site. Information you provide on those platforms is governed by their privacy policies.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the Site, respond to inquiries, measure marketing performance, administer creator opportunities, send promotional or creator-outreach emails, and comply with legal obligations. You can opt out of creator outreach at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Email marketing includes an unsubscribe option. Creators can permanently block future outreach to an email address or phone number using our creator opt-out form.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain information as reasonably needed to operate the services, keep required records, and protect against misuse. If you opt out, we keep the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice permanently; opting out does not delete historical communication or consent records. To prevent abuse of the public form, we create a pseudonymous HMAC fingerprint of network information. It is used only for request rate limiting, does not contain the raw IP address, and becomes eligible for deletion after 24 hours during subsequent form processing. We use reasonable safeguards, though no internet transmission is completely secure.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your Rights
